South Pakistan Tour Highlights:
South Pakistan tour is a beautiful tour for culture lovers, especially if one is more interested in history, archaeology, architect and Indus valley culture. This tour will also shed light on Sufism by visiting the shrines of Sufis that are most located in the south of Pakistan. The tour will cover three provinces of Pakistan, first Sindh, then Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwah.

South Pakistan Tour Itinerary:

Day O1: Karachi Arrival
We will be received by our company representative at Karachi airport. After traditional welcome we will be transferred to hotel and check in. In the afternoon we will go for city tour of Karachi visiting Quaid’s tomb and National Museum. Stay in hotel at Karachi.

Day 02: Karachi – Thatta – Karachi (102km/ one way)
Today we will set off for full day excursion to Thatta, en route we will visit Chaokundi Graves, Makli Graveyard and also visit Shah Jehan Mosque in Thatta. Stay in hotel at Karachi.

Day 03: Karachi – Multan (By Air)
After breakfast we will depart for Multan by air (mostly in morning time but may also go in the afternoon). Up on arrival at Multan we will be transferred to hotel and check in. Stay in hotel at Multan.

Day 04: Multan
First half of the day, we will visit the tombs of Shah Rukne Alam, Baha ud Din Zakria, Shams Tabrez and in the afternoon the bazaar of Hussaina Ghai. We will also visit the workshop for the famous Multani Pottery that is Multan famous for. Stay in hotel at Multan.

Day 05: Multan – Harappa – Pak Pattan – Lahore (350km)
Today we will depart for Lahore, en-route at Harappa (Sahiwal) we will visit the sites of old Harappa culture and the Museum and also visit the tomb of Hazrat Baba Farid Shakarganj at Pak Pattan and then continue to Lahore. Stay in hotel at Lahore.

Day 06: Lahore
In the morning we will start full day sightseeing tour of Lahore by first visiting Lahore fort, Badshahi Mosque and the tomb of Jehangir. We will also visit the old part of Lahore and also visit the Wazir Khan Mosques located in Delhi Darwaza (Delhi Gate). In the afternoon we will visit Shalimar garden. Tonight we have dinner out in the old part of Lahore city. Stay in hotel at Lahore.

Day 07: Lahore – Salt Mine – Rohtas – Islamabad (375km if via Motorway/ 280km if via GT Road)
In the morning, we will depart for Islamabad via motorway. Our first visit is of Khewra Salt Mine (the largest mine of the world) at Khewra, afterwards in the afternoon visit Rohtas Fort at Dina (one of the largest forts of the world, 4 KM circumference) and then continue to Islamabad via GT Road. Stay in hotel at Islamabad.

Day 08: Islamabad – Murree – Bhurbon – Islamabad (70km one way)
We will go for full day excursion for Murree Hills (the largest summer resort of Pakistan), tea break at Bhurbon in one of the most beautiful resorts of Pakistan. Stay in hotel at Islamabad.

Day 09: Islamabad – Taxila – Peshawar (187km)
Today we will depart for Peshawar with first sightseeing tour of Taxila and visit the ruins and the museum over there and then a nearby Gurdwara Panja Sahib at Hassanabdal. In the afternoon we will continue to Peshawar with en route visit of Truck Painting Workshop at Peshawar. Stay in hotel at Peshawar.

Day 10: Peshawar
In the first half of the day, we will visit the old part of Peshawar city, first visit is Peshawar Museum, and then to the old bazaar of Qissa Khawani, over there also visit Mohabbat Khan Mosque and the old Caravan Serai. After lunch we will visit the shopping area at Hayat Abad (commonly known as duty free shopping). Stay in hotel at Peshawar.

Day 11: Peshawar – Takht Bhai – Islamabad (240 km)
In the morning we will drive back to Islamabad via motorway, en route visit Takht Bhai Monastery (the largest Buddhist monastery in Pakistan). We will end our tour with the visit of Faisal Mosque at Islamabad. Stay in hotel at Islamabad.

Day 12: Islamabad – Airport (Flight out)
After breakfast, our tour conductor will transfer to airport for flight back home. End of South Pakistan tour and end of Pakistan Tourism and tours services
